Due melanzane,due spicchi di aglio,3 cucchiai di Thaina(o thain)di sesamo,(esiste da noi anche quello di semi di girasole noto ai naturisti e ai vegetariani)il succo di un limone,un mazzetto di prezzemolo,del sale fino,meglio se grigio non raffinato. Mettere nel forno caldo le melanzane intere dopo averle fatto dei buchi con la forchetta.Dopo circa un'ora,quando saranno molli e cotte(controllandole in cottura)tirarle fuori dal forno.Eliminare la buccia e mettere la polpa in una ciotola bella anche da vedere.A questo punto schiacciare bene con una forchetta le melanzane aggiungendo un trito finissimo di aglio.Aggiungere la thaina sesame, lemon juice and sale.Amalgamare well and then put the bowl with your mixture onto a small serving dish and garnish with the parsley with the leaves left whole (and which should be eaten) and extra virgin olive oil (true).
